Shipping policy

How long will it take to receive my order? 

In the UAE items will be delivered within 2-3 working days (weekend excluded). If you need the item on the same day please make sure you make the order before noon and choose Same day delivery option at checkout. 

GCC deliveries will usually take 3-5 working days (weekend excluded).

Rest of the World deliveries take up to 7 days with International courier. If your country doesn't come up at checkout, please contact us for a specific shipping quote. Please note that all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

How much is the shipping?

  • UAE Standard 2-3 days (for orders above 100 AED) FREE SHIPPING

  • UAE Standard 2-3 days (for orders under 100 AED) 25 AED

  • UAE Same day (when ordered before noon) 35 AED, if ordered after 12pm you will receive your order the day after 

  • GCC (3-5 days) 150 AED (for bulky items please email us for a more accurate quote)

 Can I send my order as a gift to someone?

Yes and its FREE. You can make a purchase and tick the option for Gift wrapping when you add the item to your cart. If you want us to include a personal hand written message from you please leave us a note at Checkout and we will include this as well. Make sure you provide us with name and shipping address of the receiver. Please note that, in keeping with our sustainability ethos, all gift wrapping are done using plain brown craft paper and are gender free. We cannot customize gift wrapping. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We pride ourselves on quality toys and workmanship, but if you are unhappy with your purchase/s for any reason, or change your mind, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your parcel/s and we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly.

Please email our customer service at info@mybackyardchronicles.com with ‘Return request’ as the subject heading with your refund request and then return your items to our warehouse Sentinel Storage in Al Quoz. 

Any returned items must be in new, unused and resalable condition, and in original packaging if applicable. Items returned in less than perfect condition may not be eligible for return and it is up to the customer if they would like the items sent back to them at the customer's expense.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

A store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned items. No cash refunds are allowed except for faulty products.

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

We aim to check every order before it is sent to you. If your product is deemed to be faulty or of unacceptable quality, please contact us within 7 days with a picture of the damaged product and we will gladly accept your return and either refund in full, or re-supply you with another product of similar value, subject to availability.

SAFETY

All of our products are chosen carefully with children’s safety in mind. We do highly recommend adult supervision when playing with any of our products. If there are no safety warnings on items then we advise that the item is for children 3+.
